Blocked manhole, blocked toilet, blocked gully, or blocked drainage system? Drains that block up on a regular basis should never be ignored, as this could prove to be expensive in the long run. Unless clearly due to misuse, for example, the consistent use and flushing of toilet wipes, an underground drain survey would always be recommended. Determining the cause of a repeat blocked drain is a must, as leaving the problem could only lead to increased costs for repairs.

Not every blockage requires high-pressure water jetting. Some types of blockages can be quite simple to clear and therefore only require basic drain clearing techniques, utilising standard equipment. However, the more stubborn blockages, often caused by misuse of the drainage system, years of grease build-up, or the flushing of toilet wipes, for example, will require a different approach and that's where the high-pressure water jetting machine comes in.
Rest assured, no matter what or how many pieces of equipment we use, you will not pay more than the rate discussed during the initial consultation.

When drain cleaning and minor repairs alone will not cure the problem, excavation and the installation of new pipe-work may well be necessary. All remedial works are covered, and of course, as important, all surface areas would be reinstated, and all excess materials removed from the site, leaving your property clean and tidy on completion.
Buying a new house or moving to another property can be a drawn-out, expensive, and quite a stressful process. So many surveys? so much expense? You don't need another survey, right? However, not having an inspection of the drainage system, assuming all will be fine, is probably not a good idea. Finding you have a drainage problem after moving in, without having had a drain survey, could turn out to be a very expensive mistake.
All drain surveys can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

Sometimes often the precursor to knowing you have a blocked drain. But also, a foul odour may be due to a fault within the drainage system, a damaged pipe seal or an inadequate plumbing installation. Persistent foul drain or sewer odours can be offensive to the senses, especially when these odours seem to be concentrated inside the property. And although more often than not caused by blocked drains, an investigation of the drainage system would be the prudent option.

Similar to below-ground works, repairs and replacement works can be undertaken to any pipes located above ground level. These works would include waste pipes, rainwater pipes, foul hoppers, and soil vent pipes.
Drain maintenance shouldn't always be reactive. And actually, attending to a drain issue that has been ignored can often take a little longer to resolve. Therefore, where possible preventative maintenance will always be the better option. Drain services can be annual, bi-annual, quarterly, or even monthly, but again, can be tailored to the client's needs.
Often used to map drainage systems, finding the routes of drainage lines, sonar drain location can pinpoint drainage lines and give their depth. This is an entirely specific service where the requirements of the client are accuracy. If complete accuracy is not a requirement, this is a service that can also be shown through the implementation of a drain survey and the through the experience of the proficient drainage technician.
Surface cleaning can give your patio, footpaths, and driveways a new lease of life. But remember, depending on the condition of the surface, this work often leads to pointing, re-sanding, etc.
